“I started going to Rumble in January and quickly fell in love with the studio, the instructors, and the classes. Felt like I was finally getting into my groove when the shut down hit and as someone who owns little to no equipment at home I was extremely worried as to how I would stay active (especially when I hate pretty much every workout except boxing). When Rumble came out with the Boxer Body videos I was skeptical as to whether the videos would keep me engaged and whether the workouts would be even close to the bag workouts at the studio. I was extremely impressed with the work they put into these videos and almost felt like I was at the studio (minus the heavy bag). The best part was the fact that I was able to hit the exact same calories burned that I was achieving in person at the studio! I decided to keep going on the program even after the studio reopened to supplement when I can’t get into a class or when I want to crush a session outside of regular hours. Overall I would give Rumble a 10/10 for their Boxer Body videos and can’t wait to see what they come up with next!
